After signing a binding agreement, the company Sable Resources Ltd. intends to develop the Scorpius project, a highly sulphidated epithermal gold deposit located in the gold belt in the center of the country.

Scorpius, made up of a total of 400 hectares, records historical values between 0.1 and 7.7 grams of gold per ton. Sable Resources hopes to receive permits to carry out an aggressive exploration campaign, and then quickly define and test drill targets at Scorpius.

To purchase 100% of the project, the Canadian firm will disburse US $ 1 million, in cash or shares.

Alpha Mining SAC, current owner of Scorpius, will maintain the 1% net smelter return of the commercial production of the project, after it is transferred to Sable Resources.
